- Next business day reaction from problem application time;
- 4 hours reaction during extended working hours (4-hours response time 13x5);
- 4 hours reaction 24/7;
- Replacement of equipment within 6 hours 24/7*;
- After sales service;
- There can be offered a combined level of service in addition that more accurately reflects the needs of the client *
* These options require additional agreement.
