Norwegian investment company Hawk Infinity and Lithuanian company WB Holding, a minority shareholder of one of the leading Lithuanian IT integrators WhiteBit, have agreed to acquire OptiCom — marking a new phase of development in both the Latvian and the Lithuanian IT markets. The chairman of the board changes, henceforth Skeivys Tomas with the right to represent individually, board member Jaruševičius Airius with the right to represent individually, board member Taranova Žanna with the right to represent individually.
OptiCom is one of the leading information technology companies in Latvia, with more than 31 years of experience working in the industry. The company specializes in developing and servicing Latvian companies' IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions. The company OptiCom announces the signing of a transaction with the Norwegian investment company Hawk Infinity and the Lithuanian company WB Holding. This strategic move marks a new phase of the company's development, opens up additional opportunities for customers and employees, as well as ensures further growth in the Latvian and international market.
